Mr Ekenedilichukwu Nwannebuike Nwoke is a young man who through dint of hardwork is making progress in most of his endeavours.
.
Nwoke has travelled to many developed countries all over the world and lived in many big cities in Nigeria, but decided to settle and open up his chain of businesses in his home town,Agbadala Achi,in Oji River local government area,Enugu state.
.
He said his mission and objectives is no other than to ginger and enhance the development of Achi gradually and not to maximize profit, in line with the present administration in Enugu state,led by Barr.Dr.Peter Mbah,to develop more towns in Enugu state.

In a chat with news men Mr Nwoke stated,”In line with the disruptive innovation agenda policy of Governor Peter Mbah to develop Enugu state, facilitate development of the rural areas and create more towns in the state, I decided to relocate to my home town Achi and to site my businesses in my home town.

He stated further,”I know I will not be making much profit initially but it is good to start doing something from here,so we can facilitate development of our town. We must not wait for the government to do all for us. After all, there is an adage which says that “Charity begins at home”

Nwoke explained he has opened a relaxation/recreation center comparable to what is obtained in the township and cities,so as to give desirable comfort to iilustrious sons and daughters of Achi when they come home, and in the process they will also start thinking home.

He disclosed he is also investing in Aluminum industry and mechanized agriculture,all of which have their taproots in Achi.

In addition to his wish to impact in socio economic development of Achi town,Mr Nwoke told news men that he also has his eyes on the traditional institution.
He disclosed that the traditional institution working in tandem with established authorities is a panacea for development.

His words, “In as much as our traditional rulers are enthroned to man and maintain the culture of our people, they equally need to be re oriented to contribute and play roles in the socio economic development of their rural communities,with much emphasis on the trending digital economy”.

In the direction, Mr Nwannebuike Nwoke told newsmen that he is nursing the ambition to be come the next traditional ruler of Aham kingdom, Agbadala Achi,in Oji River local government area.

He stressed that his ambition stems on the fact that he wish to set a shinning example of leadership who lives and dines with his people culturally but at the same time bringing innovations that will make life more meaningful to both the rich and the poor,the elderly and the Youths.

Nwoke assured that he will commit his own personal resources and with the cooperation of other concerned citizens will provide tap water, electricity and motorable road paths in all nook and crannies of Agbadala Achi.

According to him, he will consolidate on his empowerment programmes for the youths of his Community and establish care G for the elderly.
.
He said compulsorily he will build a Civic hall to be called ‘Aham Kingdom Hall’ and initiate the celebration of Aham day as an annual event.
.
Nwoke also promised to secure and resolve the various boundary disputes between Aham kingdom and it’s neighbouring communities, curtail crime rate by engaging unemployed youths in skill acquisition programmed and ensure full development of the ‘OZUDAA market as a daily market.

However,He stressed that his ambition to be the next traditional ruler of Aham Kingdom is not a do or die and will allign with inherited culture of the community in the pursuit of his ambition.

He explained that the six clans that makes up Agbadala Achi Community in the order of seniority are Umuegbe,,Umuchmilem, Umuelengwu,Umuigwe,Chimera and Amuzu.
.
He disclosed that if no candidate from the first clan of Umuegbe indicated interest in the kingship, then himself who is from the second clan of Umuchimilem will declare his own interest in the kingship.

Nwoke who is fondly called Dr Garuba by his fellow young men is assessed to be below fifty years of age.

When asked to comment on his chances and acceptability, He boasted that he is the candidate to beat under normal circumstances even of his popularity in his Community, Civic Social Responsibilities, Contribution to Community developmental projects and for the fact that he is rooted with culture and traditions of his people,
His words,” I am eminently qualified to wear the crown of kingship of Aham kingdom.
I am rooted with the culture and traditions of our people. I have always been contributing to developmental projects and I stand as bridge between the elders and youths. I will humbly live up to expectations in serving them diligently. I have a lot to offer my people and will not demand a pay back. To me, leadership is about sacrifice and commitment”.

He disclosed the transition of the last traditional ruler of Aham kingdom,HRH Igwe Johnson Ozoadibe,for more than a year now created a vacuum in the kingship of Aham kingdom. But since nature abhors vacuum, he is signifying his interest to ascend the throne when the time comes.

Nwoke expressed his immense gratitude to all sons and daughters of Aham kingdom for their commitment to peace,unity and progress of their community.
Most especially,to members of Nze and Ozo society, the Town Union President General,Mr Chidiebere Akagwolu and his vice, Engr.Onyekachi Nwoke and Aham Kingdom Youth President, Engr.Onyedikachukwu Ilokameje.

Garuba extolled the contributions of the Youth Patrons,Dr Okey Ibeabuchi, Sunday Chibuike Mgbe and the Aham Youth Ambassador,Engr. Obiora Agusi for the wonderful roles they are playing in maintaining the bonds of unity in Aham Kingdom and beyond. Also to Nneora Nkechi Iroku and all the branch chairmen of Aham kingdom, among others.

Nwoke extended his goodwill message to HRH Igwe Chima Achiekwelu,Eze Ishiala of Achi, who doubles as the Chairman of Oji River Traditional Rulers Council for playing leading roles in the promotion of culture and tradition of Achi with empowerment programmes for Youths and general welfare of the people.

He also appraised the efforts of Chief Benjamin Ozoadibe,whom he described as his boss to socio economic development and empowerment of Achi people relatively in his conglomerate of companies. He gave kudos to other illustrious sons of Achi town especially those living in diaspora who often returns home with empowerment packages for the rural poor.

Mr Nwoke commended Hon.Osita Ezeh,Member representing Oji River Constituency in the state house of assembly for his education empowerment projects for Oji River youths and quality representation he is exhibiting in the state assembly. The Aham Kingdom kingship aspirant expressed gratitude to Governor Peter Mbah for also locating the Smart School and Type 2 hospital projects in Aham Kingdom,stating his Community has never witnessed such governemen presence since the past three decades.

He beckoned on others to start thinking home in the collective task to fast track socio economic development of Achi town and Enugu state generally.
