Imo: Gov Uzodimma Inspects Road Projects, Pledges Quality Delivery

Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure in the state.

Speaking during the inspection, Governor Uzodimma expressed satisfaction with the pace of work, emphasizing that his government remains dedicated to providing durable roads that will enhance economic growth and development in Imo State.

“We are committed to delivering quality roads that will stand the test of time. Our goal is to transform Imo State into a hub for economic progress, and infrastructure plays a key role in achieving this,” he stated.

On the ongoing rehabilitation work at the Orlu-Mgbee-Akokwa federal road that was earlier deplorable due to erosion, he commended the expertise of the construction company noting that the techniques and materials being used meet top engineering standards.

According to him, the road projects will not only improve connectivity but also address erosion challenges in affected areas.

Beyond road infrastructure, Governor Uzodimma highlighted other key projects underway, including the revitalization of the Imo State University Teaching Hospital and the construction of the Government House annex in Orlu.

He assured residents that his administration is focused on rebuilding and maximizing resources for sustainable development.

“As I always say, our government is not just about words but about action. I won’t flood social media with promises; instead, I am focused on delivering real, tangible results that improve the lives of our people,” he affirmed.

He reiterated his administration’s determination to ensure transparency, efficiency, and value for money in all ongoing projects.
