Ifeanyi Ekoh Death Sentence: Again CLO Writes CJN

SECOND APPEAL TO CJN FOR THE RELEASE OF IFEANYI EKOH

Your Lordship,

MOST KINDLY APPEAL FOR THE EXPRESS RELEASE OF MR. IFEANYI EKOH, AN INNOCENT VICTIM  OF  ETHNIC GANGETERISM ORGANIZED BY ONE CHINEDU OGAH INCONSONANCE WITH IFEANYI  IGWE.

.

Your Lordship CLO hereby make a passionate appeal for you to most kindly spearhead a good revisit of the case that will lead to the establishment  of  Justice in the condemnation to death of Mr. Ifeanyi Ekoh by Appeal Court Enugu over a matter of kill- dismember  – sell- body- parts of Miss Ukamaka Ogboji; a matter CLO has been properly informed, and has done  own  proper civil rights investigation which summarily  found Mr Ifeanyi Ekoh as an innocent  victim of ethnic gangsterism  led by one Chinedu Ogah, believably the  brain behind this  murder act as the then leader of Ebony Youth Assembly (EYA) who connected a ‘‘ a friend   ’’  of   Ifeanyi Ekoh–Mr Ifeanyi Igwe, to rope in Ifeanyi Ekoh as the killer, to free the arrested 7  actual  killers of little  Miss  Ukamaka Ogboji   (See  Attached  1 :  29  August , 2012).

     THE NITTY-GRITTY

CLO hereby present  pertinent questions for your indebt internalization  for critical questioning for the location of justice :

.

1.   Sequel to …… 1 :  Daily Post Newspaper  of  29th August, 2012; and that of Attachment 2- Vanguard Newspaper of  28 August, 2012;

.

a)  7   people  were  arrested  in connection with the  killing  one little  girl –Miss Ukamaka  Ogboji, by the Police in Ebonyi State given by Ebonyi Youth  Assembly(EYA)  led by Mr.  Chinedu  Ogah. The reason for the arrest  being kidnap-kill-dismember – sell-body-parts  of  one little Miss  Ukamaka  Ogboji  at Ajubia in Ikwo in Ebonyi state.

b)  The 7 were quoted to have killed and dismembered Miss  Ogbuji and dumped her body in a cassava farm as expressly reported by the then Police  Public Relations Officer (PPRO) Ebonyi State command spokesperson Sylvester Igbo who promptly commended Ebonyi Youth Assembly for their assistance in the arrest of 7  killers  of the little Ukamaka Ogboji.

c)  According to Igbo, 2  out of the  7 arrested had already confessed to the crime.

.

d)   The Police did not say that somebody  as part of the killer gang  was at large, neither did any of the arrested 7 say so.

.

e)  The Police did not say that further  investigation would  be based on finding the motive behind the brutal killing of the diseased. The Police did not say that further  investigation would  be based on finding other escapee at large as part of the killer gang.

.

f) The police further alerted that the most possible cause of  the killing was ritual purpose  , and not  kidnap, because the corpse of the diseased as discovered by the police  was without : 2 legs ; 2 hands ; 2 eyes.

.

g)  Mr Ifeanyi Ekoh was not one of the  7 arrested for the crime, nor one of the 2 said by the Police  to have confessed to the crime.

.

h)  Mr Ifeanyi Igwe was not  one of the  7  arrested for the crime ,nor one of the 2  said by the  Police to have confessed to the crime.

CRITICAL  QUESTIONS

.

Q1) Who was the leader of the Ebonyi Youth Assembly that helped the police in the arrest?

.

Q2) Since neither Ifeanyi Eoh nor Ifeanyi Igwe was  one of the 7 arrested for the crime, nor part of the 2  that actually confessed to the crime; How did Ifeanyi Ekoh become involved now as one of the killers?  And how did Ifeanyi Igwe get involved in the matter  who now implicated Ifeanyi Ekoh?

.

Q3) At what point did Ifeanyi Igwe get involved to have been handcuffed by the Police as one of the 7 killers, to have been forcefully driven to Lagos to arrest  his  ‘‘ friend’’  Ifeanyi Ekoh  as one of the killers ?

.

Q4) why did the Police that arrested Ifeanyi Ekoh via  the pointing of  Ifeanyi Igwe,  release Ifeanyi Igwe at Amuwo-Odofi Lagos to go scot free, and till date, nothing has been said about Ifeanyi Igwe, but the same Police took Ifeanyi Ekoh to Ebonyi State?

Q5) Out of the 7 arrested , only  the  2 confessed who confessed to the crime where detained before the arrival of  Ifeanyi Ekoh, who never knew any of them from Adam, but only met them at the Police Station?

.

Q6) How come that even out of the 2  that confessed to the crime, 1 was released  a t the intervention of Chinedu Ogah at Appeal Court Enugu, and the same Appeal Court  condemned Ifeanyi Ekoh based on another person statement?

.

Q7) Since Ifeanyi Ekoh never knew from Adam :  any of  the   2  that actually  confessed to the crime, the 7 that were arrested for the crime, the father of the diseased– Mr Ogboji, Mr Chinedu Ogah and  Ebonyi Youth Assembly, but only knew Mr Ifeanyi Igwe as his business partner; how come the business partner of Ifeanyi Ekoh– Mr. Ifeanyi Igwe that pointed at Ifeanyi Ekoh for his arrest in Lagos, disappeared from the scene till date as the Police released him ? ;  what is the Police hiding , and at the same time, investigating?

Q8) who paid Ifeanyi Igwe to do this hatched job?

  DEDUCTIONS  BY CLO

.

D1) Chinedu Ogah, the arrested 7, the native doctors  and  Ifeanyi Igwe are from the same community in Ikwo in Ebonyi State; therefore it is only being reasonably correct to state that Chinedu Ogah liased with his community brothers , especially Ifeanyi Igwe  to rope in a non-indigene  to Ikwo community to divert attention , to make the person the scape goat, to die for the killing of Ukamaka Ogboji  instead of  his tribe’s men who actually killed little  Ukamaka . And being that Ifeanyi Igwe k nows Ifeanyi Ekoh to be from far away Enugu State, it is only being justifiably correct to  assert that Ifeanyi Igwe roped in Ifeanyi Ekoh.

D2) The fallout of D1 above  ,  is that Ifeanyi Igwe having fulfilled his bargain with Chinedu Ogah, and possibly  with the  paid policemen that went for the arrest of Ifeanyi Ekot in lagos, left Ifeanyi Igwe off the hook.

.

D3) Since the police did not care to investigate how Ifeanyi Ekoh left Ebonyi state by Young shall Grow Motors, via the manifest that would have evidenced the involvement or not of Ifeanyi Ekoh, it is only being correct to state that the police worked in secret consonance with Chinedu Ogah via Ifeanyi Igwe in the hatchet job.

2. EBONYI YOUTH ASSEMBLY AS A TERRORIST GROUP

.

Sequel to attachment 3 :  (This Day Newspaper of 17 November 2014), the Governor Martin  Elechi described Ebonyi Youth Assembly as “ the Backbone of security network in the State”. Therefore , it is only being accurate that the Governor was using Ebonyi Youth Assembly , led by Chinedu Ogah , to do some security-related jobs  negating the Nigerian Police force.

According to Governor Elechi , some political office holders in the State called for the Prosecution of Ebonyi Youth Assembly, describing it as “ A Terrorist group in the State”. Therefore, it is only being just to state categorically that Ebonyi Youth Assembly as led by Chinedu Ogah, was a terrorist Organisation.

CRITICAL QUESTION

.

Q1) Who was the Leader of Ebonyi  Youth  Assembly that was described as a terrorist group?

Q2) Why did Governor Martin  Elechi refuce  to heed  to the call by Elders and Political Elders in the State to proscribe Ebonyi Youth Assembly?

DEDUCTIONS BY CLO

.

D1) Since the Leader of  Ebonyi  Youth  Assembly was Chinedu Ogah, and the group was categorized by political office holders in the State as a Terrorist group , then, Chinedu Ogah was the Leader of a terrorist group, and so, Chinedu Ogah    was  a terrorist, then, Governor Martin Elechi was supportive of the dangerous activities of Ebonyi Youth Asssembly led by Chinedu Ogah.

3. CHINEDU OGAH POSITED AS A KIDNAPPER BY AMBASSADOR FRANK OGBUEWU

.

Sequel to attachment 4: (Vanguard News 16th November 2010) Ex Nigerian Ambassador to Greece, Amb. Frank Ogbuewu clearly said that the National President of Ebonyi Youth Assemby Chinedu Ogah “was the kidnapper”.

CRITICAL QUESTIONS

.

Q1) Following the record of Chinedu Ogah by his own kinsman Amb. Frank Ogbuewu; Is Chinedu Ogah not a kidnapper, a terrorist, and so,  a killer of  sorts?

.

Q2) If such a highly placed Nigerian citizen could identify Chinedu Ogah as a kidnapper; is it illogical to conclude that since Chinedu Ogah-led Ebonyi  Youth Assembly worked with the Police to arrest the 7 killers of  Miss  Ukamaka Ogboji, and being that Ifeanyi Ekoh was roped in by the same Group, to conclude that Chinedu Ogah is a terrible character?

4. CHINEDU OGAH WAS IMPRISONED: EX-CONVICT

.

Sequel to attachment 5: (Daily Post 28th June 2022)  , Chinedu Ogah is an honourable member of the Federal House of Representative, representing Ezza South/Ikwo Consistuency  of  Ebonyi State. He recounted his ordeals in Prison in Ebonyi state. He said he was detained for over six months for a crime he never committed.

CRITICAL QUESTIONS

.

Q1) Chinedu Ogah, according to him, was in Prison at Abakiliki Correctional Center. The question then is: Who imprisoned Chinedu Ogah?

.

Q2) For what crime was Chinedu Ogah imprisoned?

.

Q3) Who released Chinedu Ogah from Prison?

.

Q4) What date was he sentenced to Prison?

.

Q5) Did the Police really know that Chinedu Ogah was an Ex-convict before they fell swoop to his antics of castrating Ifeanyi Ekoh?

.

Q6) Since Chinedu Ogah claimed that he was innocent victim of imprisonment, why couldn’t the Police investigate properly the character called  Chinedu Ogah before agreeing to roping in Ifeanyi Ekoh in a ritual murder case he is an innocent victim of?

.

CONCLUSION BY CLO

.

The Appeal Did a non-thorough job in condemning Ifeanyi Ekoh because;

.

1. The principal suspect  Chinedu Ogah, Ifeanyi Igwe, the native doctors, and 7 initially arrested , were left off the hook but only 1.

.

2.  The  Appeal  Court did not care to call up the record of Police  at Abakiliki that arrested Ifeanyi Ekoh and brought him to DSS Abakiliki.

.

3. The father of the killed Ukamaka, Mr. Ogboji, confessed before the court he never knew Ifeanyi Ekoh from Adam , but Appeal Court neglected this vital confession , and went forward to condemn Ifeanyi Ekoh.

.

4. The Appeal Court Enugu did not care to unravel the connection between Chinedu Ogah and Ifeanyi Igwe on one hand, and between Ifeanyi Igwe , and Ifeanyi Ekoh on the other , before condemning Ifeanyi Ekoh.

.

5. All parties to the murder are from the same community of Ikpo in Ebonyi State,  only innocently accused Ifeanyi Ekoh is from another community. But the Appeal Court  ignored this vital information and went forward to condemn Ifeanyi Ekoh.

.

6. One of the 2 who confessed to the crime before the Police initially, being one of the 7 initially arrested , was on the scheming of Chinedu Ogah, surprisingly released by the Appeal Court Enugu, being the second accused, but Ifeanyi Ekoh was mysteriously condemned to death.

.

RECOMMENDATIONS BY CLO:

.

1.     Supreme Court should,  conduct unbiased investigation into this case, and consequent upon discovered Justice as line of best fit:

.

RELEASE Ifeanyi Ekoh who really is an innocent victim of a notorious gangsterism  led by Chinedu Ogah with Ifeanyi Igwe.

.

2. Supreme Court should, as a matter of urgency: order the arrest and trial of these seeming  gangsters in this case: Chinedu Ogah, Ifeanyi Igwe, the native doctors, the formerly arrested 7 killers and any other person whose activity is convoluting in the case.

.

3.  Supreme Court,  should order the arrest of police people that arrested Ifeanyi Ekoh in lagos, via the pointing  of hand  by Ifeanyi Igwe, but left Ifeany Igwe off the hook immediately after at Amuwo-Odofin in Lagos

.

4. Supreme Court should,  summon for serious cross examination, the former Governor of Ebonyi State Chief Martin Elechi for covering up Chinedu Ogah from arrest, and for possibly masterminding his release from Abakiliki  Prisons.

.

5.  Supreme Court should, according to the confessions  of Ifeanyi Ekoh to CLO, order :

.

Ø Martin Elechi to refund  Ifeanyi Ekoh , the sum of N570,000 being the money ,  Ifeanyi Ekoh told CLO,  he was made to pay Elechi via his Attorney General , for Amnesty he never granted.

.

Ø Dave Umahi to refund  Ifeanyi Ekoh the N500,000 being the money Ifeanyi Ekoh told the CLO he was made to pay to Dave Umahi via his Attorney General,  for Amnesty he never granted;

.

6.  Supreme Court should , AFTER UNBIASED INVESTIGATION  AND INNOCENCY OF IFEANYI  EKOH  FINALLY ESTABLISHED ,  order all involved, directly or indirectly in the act of condemning Ifeanyi Ekoh,  to pay him (Ifeanyi Ekoh),  the sum of five billion naira (N5 billion) for masterminding his arrest, castration since 2012 and subsequent condemnation to death  being innocent of the crime .
