ESHDC announces revalidation  of title documents and update of property records

…says the exercise will commence from September 15, 2025 – December 31, 2025

The Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) has announced that allottess and property owners within its estates to present themselves at designated centres for revalidation of title documents and update of property records.
.
Dr. Gerald Asogwa, General Manager of ESHDC stated that the exercise is being carried out in strict compliance with the directives of the Enugu State Government to ensure proper documentation, enhance service delivery, and maintain up-to-date property records.
.
In a statement personally signed by him, Dr Asogwa disclosed that, “The exercise will commence on Monday, 15th September, 2025, and will run until Wednesday, 31st December, 2025.”

Parts of the statement further read:

“Allottees and property owners are strongly advised to take advantage of this window to regularize their records, as *only duly revalidated documents will be recognized thereafter.*

“Please visit the designated centre nearest to you with your documents.
