AGN Enugu State Chapter Holds Meeting, Lauds Coordinator, Agu Chineme Enyiduru Over Sterling Leadership

A one-day monthly meeting of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Enugu State Chapter  has ended in Enugu with a renewed determination to reposition the entertainment industry in the state.

Speaking to journalists after the meeting, Agu Chineme Enyiduru, Coordinator AGN Nsukka Satellite Zone, said that the meeting focused on the welfare of its members and the way forward for the state chapter.

Enyiduru said that he briefed the house on his leadership’s progress since his appointment in March this year, pointing out that the Nsukka Satellite Zone is reviving, attributing its past struggles to a lack of collective effort.

He outlined his achievements which included holding an emergency meeting with over 20 members and non-members, consulting with the mother body, AGN Enugu State Chapter, led by Prince Brown Ene.

Others were: paying courtesy visits to Nsukka Local Government Chairman, Igbo Eze South Local Government Council Chairman, and the Nsukka Area Commander, securing interest from stakeholders to sponsor movies for AGN Nsukka Satellite Zone
.
The Coordinator also said that he received promises of office space from the two Local Government Chairmen they visited.

“I was applauded by the House for my efforts and advised to continue working well and carrying members along”, he stated.

Reacting to the positive development of AGN in Nsukka Satelllite Zone,  a renowned AGN Elder from Udenu Local Government Area, Chief Paulinus Omeje said, “Honestly speaking, this is the first time that AGN, Nsukka Satellite Zone is brought to the limelight by its pragmatic leader, Mr. Agu Chineme Enyiduru since I joined AGN in 2017.”

“I was there live at our April  meeting in Enugu when Mr.Agu Chineme Enyiduru was vigorously hailed after listening to his inspiring report.”
